What is CommentSection.ai and how does it work?

CommentSection.ai is a commenting platform that you can embed on your website, giving your readers the ability to engage with your content, ask questions, give feedback, and overall interact with you and others in a seamless and secure manner.

Do I need to install anything on my site?

Yes, only a small JavaScript snippet for loading the CommentSection.ai widget.

How does moderation handle spam and toxic content?

We employ AI with rule-based moderation to analyze every comment and flag any that may be considered toxic or spam, violent or anything that could be considered harmful. Moderation actions vary based on the severity of the flagged content and include removal of the comment, shadowbanning, escalation to a moderator, and more.

Can I customize the appearance to match my brand?

Not at this time. We are currently focused on providing a seamless commenting experience for our users. However, we do have plans to support custom design in the near future.
